Dear researchers, academics, and readers,
It is with great enthusiasm and pride that we welcome you to
the inaugural edition of the Scientia International Journal for
Exact Sciences (SIJExact). This is a significant milestone for
Scientia International and an important step in our mission to
transform the global dissemination of scientific knowledge.
SIJExact is more than just a scientific journal; it is a symbol of
our commitment to excellence, innovation, and accessibility in
the field of exact sciences.
1. The mission of Scientia International
Scientia International was founded with a clear purpose: to
democratize access to scientific knowledge by overcoming the
linguistic and financial barriers that often limit the
dissemination of important research. We envision a world
where high-quality scientific information is freely and
universally accessible, promoting collaboration and the
advancement of knowledge on a truly global scale.
To achieve this vision, we launched Scientia International
Press, our open-access publishing division, dedicated to
providing high-quality editorial services to the academic and
scientific community. Through Scientia International Press, we
offer a range of specialized services, including personalized
editorial support, rigorous peer review, advanced plagiarism
detection, open-access publication, efforts for global indexing
and visibility, digital preservation, flexible licensing, and
multilingual publishing.
2. The proposal of SIJExact
The Scientia International Journal for Exact Sciences
(SIJExact) is dedicated to publishing innovative and high-
quality research in the field of exact sciences. Our journal
covers a broad spectrum of topics, including mathematics,
physics, chemistry, and computing. We seek papers that not
only advance knowledge in their respective fields but also
demonstrate practical applications and contribute solutions to
the challenges our society faces today.
SIJExact is distinguished by its open-access policy, which
ensures that all publications are freely available to readers
worldwide. This publication model is crucial for promoting the
dissemination of knowledge without barriers, allowing
researchers from all over the globe to access and contribute
their findings.
2.1. Focus and Scope of SIJExact
Our primary focus is on disseminating research that is not
only innovative but also of practical relevance and
applicability. The journal welcomes manuscripts that explore
everything from advanced mathematical theories to
technological innovations in computing, as well as discoveries
in physics and chemistry that may revolutionize our
understanding of the universe.
Mathematics: We encourage the submission of theoretical
and applied studies that address new concepts, solutions to
complex problems, and developments in areas such as algebra,
analysis, geometry, and statistics.
Physics: We seek research that advances our fundamental
understanding of the laws of nature, including experimental,
theoretical, and computational work in classical and modern
physics.
Chemistry: We welcome manuscripts that explore new
molecules, reactions, and materials, as well as studies with
significant implications in environmental, biological, and
industrial chemistry.
Computing: We look for papers covering everything from
theoretical computer science to practical applications in
artificial intelligence, machine learning, information security,
and big data.
3. Linguistic inclusivity and Open Peer Review
One of Scientia International’s most innovative initiatives is
our policy of linguistic inclusivity. At SIJExact, we accept
articles in any language, which are then translated and
published in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Metadata, such
as titles, abstracts, and keywords, are available in German,
Spanish, French, English, Mandarin, and Portuguese. This
approach not only facilitates access to information by a wider
audience but also promotes diversity and inclusion in the
academic world.
Additionally, we adopt a progressive and transparent open
review model, where reviewers and authors are identified, and
their review reports are published alongside the articles. This
practice fosters a culture of openness and accountability,
encouraging constructive dialogue between authors and
reviewers, and facilitating collaboration and the enhancement
of scientific knowledge.
4. Commitment to quality and excellence
At SIJExact, the quality and relevance of publications are
our top priorities. Our editorial team, composed of renowned
scientists and academics in their fields, works closely with
authors and reviewers to ensure a rigorous evaluation of
manuscripts. This meticulous process ensures that only high-
quality research with significant implications is published.
We are committed to supporting the scientific community
by providing a reliable and high-quality platform for research
publication. Through our ongoing efforts for global indexing
and visibility, we ensure that publications in SIJExact have a
significant impact and reach a broad and diverse audience.
5. Recognitions
Scientia International is privileged to have the support of the
governments of Spain, Portugal, and Brazil. In Spain, we are

the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), and
Portuspark. Our project was selected for the StartUP Visa
Portugal program, promoted by IAPMEI - Agency for
Competitiveness and Innovation, I.P.
In Brazil, Scientia International is registered under the
special regime of Inova Simples, an initiative of the Brazilian
Government aimed at disruptive and innovative businesses.
These supports reaffirm our mission to be an innovative leader
in the field of scientific publishing and motivate us to continue
advancing in the democratization of access to knowledge.
6. Conclusion
On behalf of Scientia International, it is a great pleasure to
welcome all our readers, authors, and collaborators to the
Scientia International Journal for Exact Sciences (SIJExact).
We are excited about the possibilities this journal brings to the
global scientific community and hope you will join us on this
