Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to this journal. The journal publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, theoretical studies, and short communications aligned with its scientific scope.
All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment to verify their alignment with the journal’s aims, scope, and submission guidelines. Manuscripts considered suitable proceed to the peer review process under an open peer review model, in which authors and reviewers are identified and review reports become part of the editorial record. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection rests with the editorial team.
The journal follows an open access model. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), allowing use, distribution, and adaptation of the content, provided proper attribution is given.
Scientia International Journals operates under a transparent and sustainable publishing model. Information regarding Article Processing Charges (APCs), as well as waiver and discount criteria, is available on a dedicated page of the journal and should be consulted prior to submission.
Author responsibilities
Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that:

- all necessary permissions have been obtained for the publication of copyrighted materials
- conflicts of interest, funding sources, and the use of artificial intelligence tools, when applicable, have been transparently declared
- the research has received approval from a competent ethics committee, when applicable
Essential editorial standards
Editors may reject submissions that do not meet minimum academic quality standards. Authors are encouraged to ensure that the manuscript includes a clear title, a self-contained abstract, coherent argumentation, and an adequately described methodology.
The journal adopts the American Psychological Association (APA), 7th edition, as the standard for citations, references, and formatting. Other reference styles may be considered when duly justified and approved by the editorial team.
Manuscripts may be submitted in any language. After acceptance, articles are published with translations into English, Portuguese, and Spanish. All authors must provide an ORCID identifier, and all articles receive an individual DOI.
Use of artificial intelligence
The use of artificial intelligence tools is permitted at specific stages of research and writing, provided it complies with principles of academic integrity and authorial responsibility. Any use of AI must be explicitly declared in the manuscript. Authors remain fully responsible for the submitted content.
